When you configure Visual Studio 2005 (Whidbey) to open the
TopStyle CSS/XHTML editor instead of the built-in css editor, you might get two prompts: "move (yourfile).css to" and "copy (yourfile).css to". After cancelling both prompts, you'll get your TopStyle with the file loaded.
This strange behavior originates in this otherwise very handy powertoy
Copy To / Move To Extensions.
My current solution is to uninstall this powertoy.
I hope this is fixed in Visual Studio 2005 RTM, which is due to be released tomorrow on MSDN!
